Until we can get an API that can calculate FedEx freight shipping costs, we need to do it manually.
Your shipping options are to a residence or pickup at the Fedex terminal nearest you which saves you on residential fees. It also reduces the breakage factor while saving you fees.
Once an order is placed, we will then ask you for your shipping address and which option you would like.
Locals can set up an appointment to pickup free of charges.
We have had zero issues with these panels so far. If for any reason the panels need to be replaced or exchanged we will work with you to make sure your buying experience is satisfactory.
